We are on our way to Orlando, Florida! Yippee!!!! :D Right now we are in Bluffton, South Carolina - it's 7:15 am and Myra and Tim are watching the Bahrain Grand Prix on TV as I blog. :-)
We decided to take 3 days to make the trip so here is a run down of the past 2 days....

The blue sign says "Welcome to Kentucky - unbrideld spirit - birthplace of Abraham Lincoln". (We drove through Ohio first but that sign eluded us :) )
Most of the day was gray and rainy but I loved it. Not only did it remind me of BC but driving in rain as a passenger can be really relaxing. Plus, it felt like we were driving into Spring and so I appreciated the rain for the bright greens and whites and purples I was seeing along the way.

After about 9 hours of travel, we stopped in Corbin, Kentukcy for the night. Turns out Corbin is the birthplace of the first KFC :D Who knew! We went to the KFC Cafe and Museum for supper - not the best meal but it's not every day you're in Corbin!

Oh! It seems I have run out of time -- Sorry! My goal is to post each day about our adventures so check back later tonight for another post and more pictures. :D

Sounds like a fun trip so far! Love the pictures, and what a cute video of Myra! I can't believe how well she's walking! Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip!
